Spa Policies

As of Jan 1, 2023, we will be implementing a 2.75% credit card fee on all transactions. We do, however, take cash, and it is greatly appreciated if you want to avoid those fees. As of now, we have not increased our pricing on any of our products or services but we want our clients to be aware that this may change in the future.

Moving forward, we will also be requiring all rescheduling and cancellations to be made with 48-hours notice. We have had an unusual rise of cancellations, and we have tried our best to make exceptions. However, we cannot possibly afford to make any more. Over the last 4 years, we have been extremely lenient on our cancellation policy and have waived it more times than not. But due to the costs it requires us to pay our staff without proper time to rebook, we now have to abide by this policy in its fullness. We understand that life happens and some things are out of your control, but for us to continue forward in this economy, we have to make up for those costs in these fees. We appreciate those who have made it a priority to respect our time by calling ahead and we hope you understand.

Our new policy will be:

Treatments must be canceled or rebooked with a 48-hour notice or else the client will pay a $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee. If a client reschedules or cancels their appointment within 2 hours of their appointment time, the client will be charged 50% of their service. Appointments may be rebooked online, via phone, or by email if we cannot be reached at hello@allureaz.com. If a client arrives within 10 minutes late, the client can still receive treatment but only in the remaining time allotted or they will need to rebook. After 15 minutes past late arrival, the treatment will be canceled and the client will be charged 50% of the service.
If a client no-shows, the client will be charged FULL PRICE of service. After 2 no-shows, clients will not be permitted to book appointments at Allure.

Since we are currently closed on Mondays, we are not able to get to the phone to reschedule appointments for the upcoming week. If you have a Tuesday or Wednesday appointment and are trying to reach us on a closed business day to reschedule, please leave a message and email us at hello@allureaz.com to cancel your appointment. You will not be charged.

Members: If you are wishing to cancel your membership you must give our business a 30 day notice before your next billing date to cancel. We will also require a signed cancellation form that can be sent to you virtually or signed online by request.
